Outrigger Flagpoles

Outrigger style flagpoles are designed for use on buildings where it is desirable to place the flagpole on the face of the building. The mounting bracket is a welded aluminum assembly with stainless steel set screws to hold the flagpole.
The bracket projects the flagpole at a 30 degree angle. The chrome cleat is mounted 12” from the bottom of the flagpole. Mounting bolts are not included.

Sleeve & wedge anchors are expansion mechanisms that compress against the base material, tightening a nut actuates these mechanisms.

Installation: finger tighten nut or bolt then tighten 4-5 turns more. If the concrete is 8" thick, the hole drilled should be no longer than 7". Hole depth should be at least 1/2" deeper than the depth of the anchor.
When the applied load exceeds the pre-load on the anchor, it will reset. Movement will occur providing a visual indication of a potential problem

Mounting:
Concrete - use epoxy, with stainless steel thread rod size 5/8” or ½” not less than 7” long or wedge anchor bolts.
Cinder block - use through bolt with oversize (2) s/s washers, (2) s/s nuts.
